October Wellness Focus: Intellectual Wellness

In October, we will be focusing on Intellectual Wellness for our wellness spotlight!

The 4 main ideas of our posts are:
Week 1) Seek out opposing viewpoints to expand your mind.
Week 2) Try a new creative endeavor to flex a new part of your brain.
Week 3) It’s never too late to try learning a new language!
And
Week 4) Pick out a book that’s different from what you usually enjoy. Better yet, read it with a friend.
