CELEBRATE THE SEASON WITH US!
You're invited to join us this fall and make memories. At All Saints we're helping you to celebrate the season and build a sense of belonging. We began with our Fall Fest on September 28 and then our Pet Blessing on October 13. Our popular Trunk or Treat event offered 200 kids an early opportunity to try out their costumes.
Still coming up, this fall's Inspired Life series focuses on Music and Wellness, with the next speaker being Alison Young: At the Speed of Andante on Tuesday, November 12.
As a spiritual community we care about the wellbeing of you, your family and our whole community. So, join us for our events and programs this season and make this a fall to remember!

ALISON YOUNG: AT THE SPEED OF ANDANTE
Tuesday, November 12

Andante (on-DON-tay) is a musical term that means “at a moderate walking speed." Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Wagner and Bach are just a few of the classical composers who walked at the speed of andante to capture their muse and compose some of the most enduring music ever written. What they discovered intuitively was that walking is not separate from creativity – it’s largely responsible for creativity.
This came as welcome news to Alison Young who lives a dual life as a professional musician and long distance backpacker. She shares her enthusiasm for the intersection of classical music and walking as well as ways to tap into your own creativity for a more balanced life.
