Brief position description 

Seeking individual to oversee church office and facilities, including responsibilities for: finances, personnel, payroll, technology systems, building maintenance, insurance coverage and vendor contracts. This position interacts with our preschool and child care, along with a wide variety of staff, congregation members and community members. This is a .8 FTE position with additional hours and benefits negotiable. Please contact Pastor Jon Pederson for the full job description and to apply.Position requirements:• Finance degree/coursework or 2 years work experience in a financial role• Supervisory experience or team lead/work direction role• Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel and Outlook• Ability to maintain confidentialityDesired experience/competencies:• Database, financial, or other software packages, especially for churches• Personnel or benefits management• Problem analysis and solution development• Facility management or construction/handyman experience a plus
